Quality Supervisor

• Write work instructions
• Eight Disciplines (8Ds) methodology
• Conduct Trainings to Team Leaders and Employees
• CQIs
• Bath analysis - to ensure our cleaners are within spec ranges
• Does NOT need to come from a Powder Coating background
• Need to be comfortable being a one person show at Enameled Steel
• Meaning, they will be on the floor a great deal and in the office (handling customer complaints and requests)
• Will be doing bath analysis and working with chemicals
• Can build up their own quality department by putting in processes into place
• Will be backup person for when our Quality Technician here at Midwestern (across the street is out
• Smaller shop
• This person will report to our Quality Operations Manager
• Understand and have knowledge of PFMEAs
  • Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis
• PPAPs
  • Production Part Approval Process

Qualification:

• Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Any experience from a powder coating or plating manufacturing shop would be highly desirable.
