Job Description:

Set-up and operate multi-spindle cam machines

Must have experience in setup and operation of multi-spindle automatic screw machines

Troubleshoot and identify problems with tooling and equipment

Must be able to read and interpret complex blueprints and use precision inspection equipment

Familiar with various machine attachments, such as thread rolling, polygon and thread milling, tapping etc

Requires close interaction with engineering department

Any experience in special tool acquisition, machine layout, process improvement and the Euroturn, Conomatic and Wickman machine tools is a plus

Working foreman with main responsibilities being setup, troubleshooting, machine maintenance and repair, and department efficiencies

Must be able to work well and communicate with others
