Job Description:

Minimum of 10 yrs. Lead Person Experience.

Master Cam 3D software experience, minimum of 5 years.

Program and operate the following CNC machines:

2002 FADAL 6030HT cnc32P control

2006 CLAUSING STORM 1020SF, Fanuc Oi-MC control

2004 HAAS VF-2SS, HAAS Quick Code Programming

2007 HAAS VF-3SS, HAAS Quick Code Programming

2008 HAAS VF-5, Probe system

2011 AGIE/CHARMILLES CUT 30P Wire EDM

2006 MAZAK QT200 Lathe

2006 HAAS SL30 Lathe

Southwestern Industries Proto Trak DPM3 Mills

Capable of machining to close tolerance dimensions (+/-.001).

Ability to machine components with minimal support.

Experience leading a group of skilled machinists.

Ability to clearly administer process` that result in quality components efficiently.

Works well in a fast-paced proto typing environment.

Have all necessary measuring & set-up tools to produce quality components
